for pediatric and general dentists
Dr. Jay Gerber is the Director of Education at The Center for Occlusal Studies in Parkersburg, WV and founder of Gerber Ortho Studies. For over thirty years, Dr. Gerber has created and systematically updated his extensive orthodontic learning program exclusively for the general practitioner. His primary educational goals are for the doctor to learn how to provide treatment that results in a beautiful smile, a sound and lasting vertical dimension and long-term stability of the TMJs. His courses teach how to diagnose and provide treatment of upper airway dysfunctions through a multi-disciplinary approach.
Gerber Ortho Studies offers continuums of interceptive to adult orthodontics, occlusion, airway, craniocervical and Orofacial Pain training for dentists and staff members including Physical Therapists. Dr. Gerber's orthodontic and TMD practice is also part of The Center which allows for clinical and mini-residency style training. Continuing education course topics include more than 20 courses offered each year. All the programs are recognized for CE credits by the AGD.
